By downloading, installing, or using Mixlang ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Mixlang is a messaging application designed for language learning. Users can chat with friends, add vocabulary words, and see learned words automatically replaced in messages.
You must create an account to use Mixlang. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You retain ownership of the messages and vocabulary you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
The Mixlang name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. The word-replacement engine and all associated technology are proprietary.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that translations will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
